Why is it exhausting to think for another person? Why is empathy exhausting? Where does the strength come from that is needed to adapt to changing situations? The lecture "Being in resonance: What works between people - in care work and caring for people with dementia".
Speaker Rolf Heine, head of the Academy for Nursing Professions at the Filderklinik in Filderstadt, will present twelve effective basic forces in the interactive lecture.
