Information event "Building in Dietenbach"

The tendering process for the plots in the future Dietenbach district will begin at the end of February 2026. The marketing team from the Dietenbach municipal project group will hold two information events beforehand for anyone interested in building. Attendance is free, but please register in advance.

On Tuesday, December 2, from 5 to 8.30 p.m. in the Seepark community center, all aspects of property allocation will be discussed. Under the motto "Inform, inspire, network", the focus for interested parties will be on the upcoming
land and concept allocation in Dietenbach. The presentation of best-practice examples, such as timber construction or communal living, offers inspiration for your own project ideas. At the ideas market, like-minded people can get to know each other, exchange ideas and initiate cooperation with other partners. The aim of the event is to bring together people who want to shape Dietenbach and prepare them in the best possible way for the allocation of plots.

The second event will take place on Monday, February 26, from 4:30 to 8 p.m. at Messe Freiburg. On the day before the start of the tendering process, the focus will be on "informing, applying and getting started". In order to implement the ideas collected in December, interested parties will receive a comprehensive presentation of the properties and award packages in the first marketing phase. The focus will be on the presentation with profiles and important information on the application process. Following this event, the plots will be put out to tender - the starting signal for all interested parties: then you can get started!
