Integration Escape Room: The art of arriving

What we offer you International employees often face invisible hurdles: Language barriers, cultural misunderstandings, unclear processes - all of these can make integration more difficult. In this interactive workshop, participants experience typical integration challenges from a new perspective: in a practical escape room format, teams solve specific tasks from the everyday lives of international employees at several stations. They work together to develop solutions that result in a realistic integration plan - and reflect on how they can provide effective support as employers. Aim of the game: Rescue from the onboarding jungle! Participants slip into the role of an international employee and go through typical situations from their first few days in their new job. In doing so, they recognize which hurdles often remain invisible when arriving - and which small changes can have a big impact.
