Interactive health expo with simple, natural and healthy principles

With our now annual Health Expo in the beautiful Bürgerhaus am Seepark in lake park "Seepark" in Freiburg, we have made it our goal to communicate important principles of a natural and healthy lifestyle to the people of our city in a practical and appealing way.

The well-designed, interactive Health Expo, professionally prepared by the DVG team of volunteers and doctors, allows visitors to take measurements and make preliminary assessments of important health parameters such as blood pressure, blood sugar and cholesterol.

Everyone is invited to take part. In our tasting area, visitors can combine various vegetarian and vegan spreads and colorful vegetable snacks free of charge.

The massage offer in the "Rest and Relaxation" area, information and activities on addiction prevention, dealing with stress, emotional health and tests for self-assessment of stress levels help our visitors to improve their psychological and mental resilience.

Younger visitors also get their money's worth: fascinating animal examples, self-tests, fun movement games and

informative games guide children in learning more about their bodies and their needs. Our interactive food pyramid teaches them to classify and prioritize food. Principles for the healthy use of water, sun and air round off the varied program.
