Intuitive painting course - Intuitive expression - Inner journey, we create creative spaces on paper entstehen❤️

In this course, you will take time to discover your own creative space on paper. With a short introduction (meditation), you will come to yourself and feel how you want to express yourself on paper. Circles can be created for spaces - of any size and shape. Each circle is given a space on the paper - intuitively chosen. You choose the colors that call to you. You are relaxed, calm and mindful. You feel and observe and create spaces for your creativity and expressiveness and for your boundaries. You don't need any previous knowledge, you don't "have" to be able to paint - what you need is an inner willingness - a desire to experience and be amazed at what appears on the paper. And trust in your cosmic play child, who just wants to play. Feel warmly invited. Attunement We start with a short guided meditation. It helps you to arrive - with yourself, in your body, in your inner space. You don't need any previous experience. Your breath, your sensations and your intuition will show you the way. Reflection round At the end of the course, we take time for a mindful exchange. You are invited to share something about your experience or your picture - if you like. Everything is allowed, nothing has to be. Creative impulses In this course, you will open yourself up to new creative spaces and playfully explore how your inner images can become visible in form and color. You will be invited to create intuitively and discover your own symbols and forms of expression - without any pressure of right or wrong. This creates a space in which confidence in your creative process can grow.
