Italian conversation

The course is aimed at Italian learners with previous knowledge (from level B1). We start by reading texts (literature, newspaper articles, etc.) selected according to the interests of the participants - or by listening to and learning Italian songs together. The focus is on free speaking and discussion, but individual grammar questions can also be examined in more detail and appropriate materials provided on request >> This course will also be offered in the 1st semester, from 07.01.-11.03.2026. <<

Course director: Mader-Koltay, Ruth. Ruth Mader-Koltay has been teaching Italian in adult education for 25 years. She also works as a literary translator for the nonsolo publishing house in Freiburg and as a text adaptor for the German-French television channel ARTE. She lives in Freiburg-Littenweiler.
