Japanese chef Keiko Yagi-Beising shows you how she cooks for her family and friends. Japanese food is subtly seasoned to emphasize the taste of the products. The dishes are easy to prepare. In this course, we use seasonal and preferably regional, vegan products. Among other things, we prepare tofu burgers, cucumber and sesame dip and rustic eggplants. Changes possible according to market availability. Also suitable as a supplementary course to the non-vegan course (305626). - Please bring: Apron, tea towel, sealable containers; Japanese dishes and chopsticks (if available).
