Job Start Exchange | Health and Care Job Fair

The Job Start Exchange can be found in Halls 2 and 3. It is the ideal platform for young people looking for the right apprenticeship, internship or dual study program. Regional training companies and providers of dual study programs cover the entire spectrum of the professional world with their offers. Exhibitors from industry, trade, gastronomy, skilled trades, IT and media, services as well as educational institutions and providers will give an insight into everyday working life and show ways for an uncomplicated career start with apprenticeships and dual study courses. The new area "Paths after the Abitur" presents topics such as private and state education and study courses, student financing, work & travel, gap years, voluntary service and au pairs abroad.

Exhibitors from the healthcare sector, including clinics, care facilities, outpatient care services, training institutions and educational providers, will be presenting themselves at the Health & Care job fair, which will be located in Hall 1 for the first time. Interested applicants will find attractive employers with full and part-time positions, training and further education opportunities as well as advice on care professions that focus on working with and for people. Career changers or those returning to work can also find out about attractive training and further education opportunities and qualifications and go straight into their first job interview. Exhibitors at the Health & Care job fair include the Employment Agency and job centers, which offer advice and provide information on funding opportunities. The Advice Center for the Recognition of Foreign Professional Qualifications and the Welcome Center for the Freiburg administrative district will be there again. Here, interested visitors can obtain advice on the recognition of their qualifications and learned professions.
