You will learn lots of interesting facts about the history of milk and cheese from master dairyman Fridtjov Bauser. During a guided tour of the cheese museum, which has been in existence since 1997, you will also make butter under supervision. You can then taste the butter over a cheese snack with bread and a drink of your choice.
