The popular classic puppet show with many well-known characters.

Christmas Eve is just around the corner and everyone, big and small, is looking forward to Christmas. Grandma, who has been sleeping badly lately, has wished for a new pillow. But Klapperzahn the witch is also impatiently awaiting Santa's arrival. At an opportune moment, the cunning sorceress steals Grandma's present.

With the help of the children, Kasper and his friends manage to take the stolen Christmas present back from the wicked witch. As the adventure is so well accomplished together, everyone sings traditional songs for Santa Claus at the end!
Not only the imaginative puppets and costumes, but also the wintry and wonderful stage sets create a cheerful atmosphere when the Freiburg puppeteer David Minuth pulls out all the stops of his acting skills backstage.

Dr. Johannes, Karin and David Minuth are known far beyond the borders of Freiburg for their fairytale puppet shows. They write their own texts and also design and create the magical puppets.
