This course combines three beneficial elements: sound, breathing and silence. The gentle vibrations of singing bowls help the body and mind to calm down. Conscious breathing exercises help to release tension and direct your attention inwards. In moments of silence, the experience is allowed to settle - the nervous system comes to rest and inner balance is created. Regeneration, clarity and new energy can unfold. The course is suitable for people of all ages - no previous knowledge is required. - Please bring: comfortable, warm clothing, a (hand) towel to cover the mat, a blanket if necessary and a small pillow.
