This longer singing bowl meditation adds two additional relaxation options to the traditional version. A guided, shorter singing bowl meditation introduces the relaxation with a sound journey. As singing bowl meditation is usually enjoyed lying down, there is a short sound movement unit to support physical relaxation while lying down. The last step of the relaxation triad is a classic singing bowl meditation. The course starts on time, so please arrive 5 minutes before the start of the course. - Please bring: comfortable warm clothing, a large cloth to cover the mat, a blanket to cover yourself and possibly a small pillow.
