On the occasion of the exhibition "Listening differently", the Museum für Neue Kunst (Museum of Contemporary Art) will host a discussion concert with students from the College of Music and the Albert-Ludwigs-University campus Freiburg. The event focuses on the topic of folk song collections and explores the following question: What is considered a folk song, and what finds its way into the archive repository of knowledge and for what purpose? Interested parties will gain an insight into the musical archive of the Albert-Ludwigs-University campus Freiburg.

The students of the interdisciplinary seminar led by Dr. Johannes Müske (University of Freiburg/ZPKM) and Dr. Christine Löbbert (College of Music Freiburg) invite you to think, listen and sing along.

The event costs the regular entrance fee.
