Art exhibition AND
Friday, 13/06/2025 / 01:00 PM / KARLA tempo - Karlsbau Passage
Frank-Toni PYKO is the artist, concept developer and organizer of the art exhibition.
I see art AND pursues a lively, interactive exhibition format. It offers paintings to be inspired, walk-in installations to perceive new spaces and forms of communication to share one's own inner echo of the exhibition.
AND stands as a symbol for the openness and freedom to discover "something" for oneself with the exhibition and to find it good and right.
The exhibition as a whole is made up of three components:
Pictures Frank-Toni's painting is directly related to life with the series of themes LIFE - BALANCE - I AM EBENSO. His paintings tell of stabilizing and disintegrating situations, of connectedness and separation, of becoming and passing away.
Installations The exhibition includes three installations. They play on the transitions of the art space with its entrance and exit. In the middle of the room, the theme is the becoming and passing of life.
Communication The exhibition sees itself as a social act - including a conversation with the artist, who is present throughout, a blog and daily summaries.
AND is a Gesamtkunstwerk - in which artworks, participants, artists and the public can combine to form a whole. In this way, the art space is extended beyond the exhibition: in conversations, thoughts and stories that are passed on.
But the most moving element of the exhibition is the participants.
Go there, just be there and look. Nothing more is necessary. There are no requirements and it doesn't matter whether you have never been involved with art or have done so many times before.
The art space is an invitation to discover something that moves you and is so beautiful that you want to take it with you.
I see art AND opens on June 12th with a vernissage.
