Art break: The Passion of Christ

The short tour of the Augustian museum focuses on the Passion story. The Passion altar by the so-called Hausbuchmeister shows the stages of the Passion of Christ in several pictures. However, the original altar had more scenes than are presented in the Augustian museum today. The entire Passion story is presented during the guided tour. Participation costs the regular entrance fee. As the number of participants is limited, a free event ticket must also be booked in the online store.
