In order to market Novel Haven, Nataly goes live for the first time in her life - and immediately has a famous gamer on her tail who criticizes the one character she has contributed. Nataly feels personally attacked and becomes embroiled in a discussion with DMRDylan, which goes viral and causes a shitstorm. But that's not all: she sits on a panel with Dylan of all people at the next convention, and their renewed battle of words now leads everyone to suspect a romance between them. Suddenly everything is at stake for Nataly, and in order to get the PR scandal under control, she suggests faking it - without suspecting that fake will soon feel real.

Anabelle Stehl was born in Bad Kreuznach and has loved stories and books since early childhood. At the age of six, she chose Bisasam as her starter Pokémon, which was the beginning of her passion for gaming. She moved to Leipzig to study German and then to Ireland for her Master's degree in Linguistics. She now lives in her favorite city, Hamburg, where she is active as an author, blogger, presenter and streamer.
