Linocut for breakfast - discover new creative techniques in the morning

Come into our experimental printing workshop, where you can try things out to your heart's content! Using a gouge and chisel, we cut and carve our desired motifs into the linoleum plates and then apply the ink with a roller. Using hand printing and a printing press, we transfer the motifs from the plate to the paper. This results in unique graphics. During the creative work phase, you will have the opportunity to try out different linocut techniques and - in between with a coffee and a piece of cake from the café next door (not included in the course fee) - to gather new ideas. - Please bring sturdy clothing, motifs of your choice and a graphics folder (DinA4) - all materials and tools will be provided and are included in the course fee. Participants are allowed to keep the linocut tools afterwards so that they can continue working at home.
