It is the first time since giving birth that Alex has been separated from her one-year-old child. In the ambivalence of her feelings, she questions motherhood and her own life choices, her expectations and socialization in a patriarchal society. Before the turn of the year, all reading enthusiasts will discuss Bettina Wilpert's "Die bärtige Frau" (Verbrecher Verlag, 2025) in the "Literarische Frühsport"; registration is requested.
