Literary morning sport - Book club

Pregnant, Issa is on a plane to Cameroon, the country of her childhood. There, at her mother's insistence, she is to get in touch with her ancestors through healing rituals. But it's not that easy when you're too black in Frankfurt and too German in Buea. Our "literary morning sport", this time on Mirrianne Mahn's debut novel "Issa" (Rowohlt, 2024), is open to all reading enthusiasts; registration is requested.
