The Olchis stink, can't behave and live in filth. Their favorite things to eat are stinky soup and old slippers.
Olchi researcher Dr. Brausewein-Semmel observes the hustle and bustle of the Olchi family on their mountain of garbage: Olchi Grandpa builds a devil's fart muffler with his grandson, Olchi Grandma celebrates her 865th birthday, while Olchi Dad reads the newspaper in his bulky garbage.
When a blue Olchi suddenly appears and cleans everything up, the idyll is over ...
