Living with men - Manon Garcia in conversation with Sabine Flick

Together with the Sexuality Research Center of the Freiburg University of Education and the Jos Fritz bookstore, the Goethe-Institut Freiburg is hosting an evening with French philosopher and feminist Manon Garcia. The discussion will focus on her book "Living with Men", published in 2025, which describes her observations on the shocking revelations in the Pelicot trial, one of the most important court proceedings of our time. An unsparing reflection on what this trial reveals about gender-specific violence in our society.

Prof. Dr. habil. Sabine Flick, Head of the Sexuality Research Center (PH Freiburg) and Professor of General Sociology, will moderate the discussion.
