Discover the inner team with pastels and dialogs

In this course, you can playfully discover which inner roles determine you and which emotions are effective. As part of a creative fantasy journey, we want to spend a weekend looking at the inner forces that determine us and try to let them enter into a dialog with each other. By painting together using art therapy and focusing, a method according to E. Gendlin and N. Groddeck, Gestalt work with the "Inner Team" according to Schultz von Thun and "Imagination as a healing force" according to L. Reddemann, we will get to know the energies, emotions and beliefs that may support us positively or slow us down, and will be enabled to live more relaxed and in inner peace with ourselves.
