MS Abgrund - It won't be so bad? A play between reality shock and captain's dinner

Price: from 10.00€ to 25.00€
What to do when the brown swamp is already up to your neck? Some people book the dreamboat to watch the political storm from a safe distance - champagne glass in hand, sunset behind them. Others stay on the ground, in the reality of the present, and comment on the socio-political goings-on from the sofa. Still others - and history also shows this - go into resistance or live utopias.
In this play, the feminist-anarchist fighting theater collective f.a.k.t. interweaves satirical cruise idylls with intimate family stories, realpolitik quotes and the story of a historical resistance fighter. The question keeps creeping in: "Can it ever happen again? The same as back then? Hardly. But breeding grounds of fascism have neither temporal nor geographical boundaries." - Lisa Fittko
We invite you to laugh together, to swallow, to hope - and perhaps to go home with an idea of how we can strengthen each other and take action. For everyone who has ever thought: It won't be so bad - and then realized that this very thought is dangerous. For everyone who can imagine a fairer world but sometimes doesn't know where to start. For everyone who loves the ZDF dreamboat.

About the collective:
f.a.k.t. - feministisch anarchistisches Kampftheater is a FLINTA* theater group that enjoys developing its own plays and staging difficult topics in a sometimes humorous way. Our seven-member troupe attaches great importance to incorporating the perspectives of different genders, identities and experiences of discrimination. It is important to us to make patriarchal structures, dominant speech patterns, the shift to the right in society or personal experiences of injustice visible - we deal with these topics and explore different ways and methods of bringing them to the stage.
Our working method is: everyone is everything! Alternately playing, watching, directing; we communicate, research, organize, improvise and decide with joy - together!
