Pflüger Foundation Freiburg invites you to an open day

For over 50 years, the Pflüger Foundation Freiburg has stood for high-quality string education, musical enthusiasm and support for children and young people, whether through individual support by awarding scholarships or by lending instruments free of charge and much more. On Saturday, November 15, 2025, the traditional institution will open its doors to all interested parties.

Under the motto "Experience, discover and try out music", the foundation is inviting visitors to its premises. The day offers the opportunity to get to know the educational work of the foundation, talk to teachers and pupils and become musically active yourself.

The varied program includes

- Guided tours of the classrooms and the building

- Talks with the teaching team and pupils

- Lesson demonstrations and short musical performances

- Taster lessons for those interested

- The opportunity to get to know and try out different string instruments

- Practical tips on practicing and making music

The open day is aimed at parents, children and young people alike - anyone who is interested in music or would like to get to know the foundation.

The Pflüger Foundation Freiburg is looking forward to welcoming numerous visitors, to many interested discussions and to a morning full of music and encounters.
