The members of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community of Freiburg meet every year on January 1st to clean up Cannon Square after New Year's Eve. They welcome helping hands. Gloves, rakes, tongs and bags are provided by "Freiburg packt an". So you can enjoy a New Year's walk along the front Schlossberg (castle hill) without any garbage.
The meeting point is at Cannon Square at 8:45 a.m.
