The ambition to offer unusual and challenging concert programs has been an important stimulus for the Holst Sinfonietta from the very beginning
, whose repertoire focuses primarily on the music
of the 20th and 21st centuries. The quality of the selected compositions and their
meaningful combination in an original program concept are the top priority when planning concerts
. The ensemble also likes to select works by contemporary composers
from the Anglo-American world.
