Photovoltaics: from research to our everyday lives

More and more photovoltaics are being installed in Germany - for example on house roofs, on balconies or on agricultural land. But will there be enough space to supply us with sufficient energy? How expensive will it be? What has changed in photovoltaic technology in recent years? What technological breakthroughs can still be expected?

Fraunhofer ISE and the Verein zur Förderung der Solaren Energiesysteme e.V. invite all interested parties to take a look behind the scenes of photovoltaic research. We will report on application-oriented science and show you what we are currently working on using prototypes. We look forward to talking to you!
