In this interactive workshop, we playfully immerse ourselves in the food system, discover global and local connections and experience that shaping the future can also be really tasty. Together, we will look at where our food comes from and how it finds its way to us. Afterwards, we will prepare a fresh, colorful spread together and enjoy it in a relaxed atmosphere. You will see how easy and creative it is to prepare your own spread with just a few ingredients. Of course, all recipes are available to take away so that you can try out the ideas at home.

Personal details: Lena Becker has many years of experience as an educational speaker on local and global supply chains. She has been working at the Freiburg & Region Food Council office since 2021, where she is the contact person for food education.
