About the person: Jakob Hörl grew up with fermentation. He has been producing and selling artisanal cider (apple sparkling wine) under the FreuObst brand since 2019. His aim is to bring the treasure of old fruit varieties to life in a glass and thus actively contribute to the preservation and appreciation of orchards.
