The Freiburg & Region Food Council invites you to this workshop with organic chef Albert Wöhrle to learn how easily vegetables can shine in sweet pastries. Together we will bake sophisticated cakes and desserts, press fresh juices and conjure up creative treats from the pomace (i.e. the "leftovers"). You will not only learn new recipes, but also how to cleverly integrate vegetables into desserts and use food holistically - for more enjoyment and less waste.

About the person: Albert Wöhrle is an organic chef from the very beginning with many years of experience in school and nursery catering as well as organic catering. His motto is: fresh, regional and organic
