Panel discussion: Black Forest idyll in danger? How to deal with Hans Thoma?

At the moderated interdisciplinary panel discussion, experts from the fields of art, history and museums will talk about the current debate surrounding the artist Hans Thoma. The panel will include Frank Engehausen from the University of Heidelberg, Marcel van Eeden from the State Academy of Fine Arts Karlsruhe, Simon Metz from the Stader History Agency in Mannheim, the exhibition curator of "Hans Thoma - Between Poetry and Reality" at the Augustian museum Felix Reuße and the cultural mediation officer Angelika Zinsmaier. The event will be moderated by Christoph Ebner from SWR. The audience is invited to join in the discussion. Admission is from 7 pm. Participation costs 10 euros, concessions 8 euros. Tickets are available in the online store. The event is a cooperation with the State Center for Political Education.
