Under the title "Science. Facts. Today." on May 15, 2025, TV presenter Ralph Caspers, Nadyne Saint-Cast (MdL) and the founder of the "Science Days" Joachim Lerch will discuss at the University campus Freiburg
How trustworthy is science? How do facts and opinions differ? How does science communicate its findings to society - and how does society deal with them? These questions will be discussed by TV presenter and author Ralph Caspers, Freiburg state parliament member Nadyne Saint-Cast and teacher and founder of Science Days Joachim Lerch on May 15, 2025 from 6 p.m. at a panel discussion entitled "Science. Facts. Today." at the Institute of Physics at the University campus Freiburg.
Ralph Caspers presents "Die Sendung mit der Maus", among others; from 2001 to 2022 he was in front of the camera for the science magazine "Wissen macht Ah!". Nadyne Saint-Cast (The Greens) is a member of the state parliament for the Freiburg II constituency and a member of the Committee for Science, Research and the Arts, among other things. Joachim Lerch is a retired secondary school teacher, he taught physics, technology, mathematics and computer science and is the founder of the science festival "Science Days".
