Poetry slam of the new generation

On 05.10.24, young poets will have their say as part of the LIRUM LARUM LESEFEST. The U20 poetry slam will feature funny, serious, lyrical or even completely absurd texts. There are no limits to the variety. All participants are between 14 and 20 years old and bring their very own stories to the stage. The U20 Poetry Slam follows the motto "literature by pupils for pupils", which is why teachers and youth workers in particular are cordially invited to attend with their classes and groups - to celebrate the young masters of poetry together. The audience forms the jury and decides who wins by the volume of the applause. It's all about having fun and a love of language. Entertaining, varied and pointed. The texts must be self-written, the time limit of seven minutes must not be exceeded and no technical aids such as instruments, tape recordings, props or similar may be used. Otherwise, the slam poets show all their skills to inspire the audience with their texts. The evening will be moderated by Ansgar Hufnagel with a good dose of humor and slyness. Among the performers are: Marit Linder Emelie Anna Filipak And as special guest: Can-Bastian Paul
