Qigong is a centuries-old exercise system to get the human "Qi" flowing. It strengthens body and mind in equal measure. In this course, you will learn a movement sequence from the 5-element Qigong and its laws. The exercises are adapted to the seasons and the needs of the group. This allows us to improve the flow of energy, strengthen the Qi and dissolve blockages.
