Saturday museum for kids: the world of gemstones

At the Saturday Museum for Kids at the Museum Natur und Mensch (Natural History Museum), children aged 6 to 10 can immerse themselves in the magical world of crystals. First, the young researchers head to the museum's "Stone Kingdom", where they examine the shapes and colors of minerals and gemstones in detail. Afterwards, the children cut real tourmalines together in the workshop and examine the cuts under the microscope. In the meantime, the adults can take their time to visit current exhibitions or stroll through the city center. Participation costs 5 euros. The number of participants is limited. Please bring something to eat and drink for the children if required. The meeting point is the museum ticket office. Tickets are available in the online store.
