Schisser and me

Ten-year-old Jakob moves to the idyllic Feuerviertel with his family. No cars, lots of nature, plenty of space to run around and even a secret gang of children! That sounds pretty good to Jakob - but also very exciting. Luckily he has Schisser with him, his old stuffed rabbit, who is there to help him in every situation. And that's really necessary! Because in order to be accepted into the phoenix gang, Jakob has to pass a test of courage. Well, that should be fun! But then Jakob makes a sinister discovery: in the allotment next door, two nasty guys are treating their chickens really badly. Together with the other children, Jakob devises a plan to free the poor animals. Will he manage to save the chickens and become a member of the phoenix gang despite a good dose of fear?
