Following the release of her new studio album in spring 2025, Swedish singer-songwriter Sophie Zelmani will be touring Germany again with her long-standing band.

Sophie Zelmani moves in the same timeless musical space as Leonard Cohen and Bob Dylan. As an artist, she has refined her unmistakable expression over more than 25 years.
The intimacy and her unmistakable voice are unmistakable.
Sophie Zelmani's popularity seems almost an anachronism in an age of constant self-promotion: Although the directness of her songs seems to erase any boundaries between her and
the audience, little is known about Sophie Zelmani as a private person outside of her music. This in turn is nothing new, because ever since she became famous in her home country almost overnight with her debut single 'Always You' in 1995, she has managed to stay out of the spotlight as far as possible and, for a pop star, continue to lead a private life undisturbed by the public eye.
Nevertheless, this did nothing to dampen her career: most of her albums made it into the Swedish top five. In the fall of 2024, the grande dame of Swedish folk music will also appear in the domestic TV version of Sing meinen Song 'Så mycket bättre'.
No one knows better than Sophie Zelmani how to illuminate the many facets of love and life in soulful and profound songs.
