Playing is (not) child's play

"People don't stop playing because they get old. They grow old because they stop playing." George Bernhard ShawIn this spirit, we want to do something about growing old: By playing together extensively. We will get to know a variety of game ideas and have a lot of fun together during play sessions on the topics of perception / mindfulness, communication, cooperation and movement. We will gain experience of play and self-awareness and learn interesting facts about the culture of play and experience the activating and at the same time relaxing effect of play on ourselves. And perhaps we will succeed in expanding our inner play space and acquiring a playful attitude that we can take into everyday life.\. Stockert, Norbert.
