Shinrin Yoku means "bathing in the forest air". To wind down and take a deep breath after a day's work, we immerse ourselves in the healing effects of the forest and consciously enjoy nature with all our senses. The focus is on relaxation, mindfulness exercises in the forest and feeling good. Our stroll is peppered with a pinch of knowledge about the origins of forest bathing and the amazing health benefits of the forest.
