Dances from Croatia, Serbia and Macedonia

Selected dances from Croatia, Serbia and Macedonia provide an insight into the diversity, liveliness and richness of dance togetherness. Participants can expect melodies ranging from contemplative to lively, sometimes unfamiliar rhythms and dances of all levels of difficulty. A fixed dance partner is not required. Dance descriptions and recordings can be purchased.

Course leader: Grimm, Klaus. The two dance instructors have been traveling the Balkan countries in particular for more than 35 years. They discover and collect traditional dances, which they teach in their courses. More at: www.internationale-folkloretänze.de
