Tangos and Argentine folklore

On Sunday, October 19, violinist Katharina Deissler and pianist Agustín Guerrero invite you to a special evening. Between tradition and innovation, they present tango and Argentinian folklore - from classics to their own compositions. Agustín Guerrero, one of the most exciting representatives of the young generation, leads his own quintet and shapes the scene in Buenos Aires with his unmistakable style. Katharina Deissler has lived in Argentina for 15 years, where she works as a violinist and composer and also holds the chair for tango violin at the University of Popular Music there. After their first performance together in Buenos Aires this year, the two decided to continue the dialog - and are now performing the diversity of the new tango scene as a duo at several concerts in Europe.
