The Welcome Center Südlicher Oberrhein is pleased to be able to offer you the following cooperation event with the association Adis e.V. in presence and free of charge. The workshop will be led by adis e.V. - the organization responsible for professional anti-discrimination work in the Reutlingen/Tübingen region and an expert on discrimination in Baden-Württemberg:

Dealing with diversity is becoming more and more natural for companies. At the same time, many people continue to experience discrimination in their day-to-day work. There is often a lack of opportunities to share these experiences and deal with violations and discrimination appropriately. However, companies have a responsibility to offer protection against discrimination and to promote an open, appreciative corporate culture. If the perspectives of employees who have experienced discrimination can be heard and integrated into solutions, this strengthens the team, enables the development of sustainable solutions and contributes to the long-term retention of employees.
