Presentation of the PM and EASE programs

The Caritas Association Freiburg-Stadt e.V. invites you to an information event with Susanne Schmid, Head of Psychological Services and Mahmoud Hemmo, psychotherapist and psychoanalyst, trainer for PM+ and EASE. Two low-threshold WHO programs will be presented:

PM+ (Problem Management Plus): a group program for stress management and problem solving. Trained lay helpers teach simple strategies to reduce stress in everyday life and deal better with challenges.

EASE (Early Adolescent Skills for Emotions): EASE is a program that aims to help children and adolescents between the ages of 9-15 to cope with everyday difficulties (e.g. symptoms of depression, anxiety and grief).

The WHO has developed this evidence-based, psychologically low-threshold, transdiagnostic procedure for social workers, psychotherapists and lay helpers.
