Lecture: Virginity. On the genesis of a pictorial program

As part of the special exhibition "Bellissimo!", an interdisciplinary lecture series will take place in cooperation with the Medieval Center of the Albert-Ludwigs University campus Freiburg. On Wednesday, 16.10 from 12:15 to 13:45, Dr. Saskia Quené from the Institute of Art History at the University of Tübingen will speak on the subject of "Gold ground and perspective in Italian painting of the Quattrocento".
