Lecture and concert: The Historic Hour

The Documentation Centre for National Socialism invites you to a lecture by Ulrike Hörster-Philipps on the former Reich Chancellor and centrist politician Dr. Joseph Wirth. Wirth fled Germany in 1933 and campaigned against National Socialism, racism and anti-Semitism from abroad. His time in exile is presented in a historical introduction. Contemporary songs and texts from the 1930s and 40s will give an impression of the atmosphere of the time. An event organized by the Joseph-Wirth-Stiftung e. V. in cooperation with the Documentation Centre for National Socialism. The event will take place at Theater Freiburg. Participation is free of charge. The number of participants is limited.
