"Forest bathing" - forest hike with all senses

On this Saturday we will rediscover the forest with its healing power and learn interesting and knowledgeable aspects. During our hike (approx. 8 km with incline) we will stop again and again to do different mindfulness and perception exercises, partly in silence. In this way we experience and feel the forest and get in touch with the nature around us. This experience serves as a conscious detachment from everyday life and for holistic health. - Please bring weather appropriate clothing and a seat cushion.
