Why wander into the distance...From Pfaffenweiler to Staufen via the Markgräfler Wiiwegli with a stop for refreshments
Hike through the vineyards when the fruit trees are in bloom.
Vineyards and orchards alternate on the Wiiwegli with passages through sunny deciduous forests and pretty winegrowing
communities.
Walking time: Treffpunkt: approx. 3.5 hours (12 km), 290 m ascent
09:10 am at Freiburg central bus station, 09:18 am departure bus 7240 to Pfaffenweiler.
Stop for refreshments at the end of the hike in Staufen.
Return journey from Staufen to Freiburg by train or bus.
Arrival at Freiburg main station approx. 16:30. Individual return journey also possible.
