Water world. The musical

Book tickets

The deep sea is an unexplored world without sunlight. At the bottom of the sea, hot water emerges from springs and meets cold water: black smoke seems to rise. The smallest animals and plants live together in this smoke. They form a system in which they all support each other, but are also dependent on each other. This is where the little crab Nat lives. When he encounters a diving robot, Nat sees the light for the first time in his life. His curiosity is aroused and he follows the light. So Nat sets off on an adventurous journey to the surface of the sea. He encounters singing whales and glowing jellyfish, fishing nets and plastic. And he meets people. Felix Rothenhäusler has already developed productions on the extinction of species, artificial intelligence and the life of bees. Together with the author Jan Eichberg and the musicians Jo Flüeler and Moritz Widrig, he takes us on a musical journey into the deep sea in this play.
