Webtalk: "Non-Nazis" and the Third Reich

Webtalk: "Non-Nazis" and the Third Reich

The strengthening of the "national community" enforced by the National Socialists also meant the repression and persecution of various population groups in Freiburg and the region. More than 75 years after the end of the Second World War, the study examines how the actors involved and the city of Freiburg came to terms with their past under National Socialism. At the webtalk, historian Sandra Lipner from Royal Holloway University of London will talk about the middle-class life of her great-grandparents Heinrich and Annemarie Brenzinger under National Socialism in Freiburg. Participation is free of charge. The following link will take you to the event: https://meet.freiburg.de/b/jul-dnq-rkm-soq
