Basic course for 10 - 13 year old girls, trans, inter and non-binary teenagers You will learn to use your strength, to assert yourself and to defend yourself. In everyday life and in dangerous situations: saying "no" - setting boundaries. What can you do if you are ignored, ridiculed or not taken seriously?
